Synedros is responsible for the information you give us through this website. You can contact us about anything in this notice at Synedros@outlook.com.

What we collect
When you register your interest, we collect:

- your name, organisation name and email address
- the type of organisation you're part of
- what you'd most like to improve within your organisation
- what your organisation uses at the moment
- anything else you choose to tell us

Sensitive information

If you tell us you're part of a political party or trade union, this may reveal something about your political opinions or trade union membership. We only use this to understand your organisation and contact you about Synedros, and we only collect it with your explicit consent.

Why we collect it

We use your information to:
- contact you about Synedros, including its launch and early access
- understand what organisations like yours need, to help shape what we build

We rely on your consent to do this, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for marketing. It is stored securely by our website provider, Wix, which processes it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it, or for up to two years if we have no further contact with you, after which we delete it.

Your rights

You have the right to see the information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email Synedros@outlook.com.
